Hand-building Classes

With the help of an instructor, you will be able to create your own ceramic masterpiece. During the 2 hour session the instructor will guide you through some of the many hand building techniques such as pinching, coil and slab building.

Regular hand building classes take place on:

  • Tuesdays at 6:30pm

  • Sundays at 10am

Should you wish to come at any other day or time please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is included:

  • 2 hours of contact tutorage

  • Create your art piece

  • Decorate your creation

  • Pick up your creation once fired *

* To have your creation, bisque fired, glazed and glaze fired by our technicians costs $10 per piece. You can pay for the piece you want to keep after the session in cash, Venmo or Zelle.

Please check the website at www.maisonclay.com/firings to see when your pottery is ready for pick-up which is between 4/5 weeks after your class.

Please note that appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the class, after that you will not be able to cancel or reschedule the class.
